By accessing or using the AndamanLens platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
2. Booking Platform Role
AndamanLens acts as a marketplace connecting customers with professional photographers. We facilitate the booking and payment process but are not responsible for the actual performance of the photography services.
3. Payments
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. A booking is considered confirmed only after the required advance or full payment is received.
4. Intellectual Property
While customers receive usage rights for their photos, the copyright remains with the photographer unless otherwise specified in the package details.
